  • Learn how to make the best darn dinner rolls possible

  • Mix a batch of dough to take home which will make one dozen hot and fresh dinner rolls

  • Shape, bake, and take home 1 dozen hot and fresh dinner rolls

  • Make a compound herb butter to slather on those hot fresh dinner rolls

Want to impress your dinner guests? This class will provide you with recipe, technique, and experience to make an awesome appetizer or bread to go with dinner and dessert!.

With this 2 hour Baking with Brynne Class you will

  • Learn how to mix, shape and bake Focaccia bread

  • Take home a 9x12 sheet of Focaccia bread that you shaped

  • Take home Focaccia dough that you can shape and bake at home

  • Make an olive oil dipping sauce for your Focaccia to take home

  • As a group we will make a batch of Flourless Chocolate Cakes and take home 1/2 dz

  • Class size limit is 6.

Italian Bread and Chocolate Chip Cookies

With this 2 hour Baking with Brynne class you will:

  • Shape and bake one loaf of Italian bread and one sandwich bread.

  • Mix Italian dough to take home to shape and bake.

  • Make 1 dozen Chocolate Chip Cookies to take home.

  • Class size limit is 6.

Pizza and Pizza Dough

Who doesn’t love pizza? A crowd pleasing meal that can accommodate everyone’s taste buds. From classic cheese and sauce to more elaborate combos of anything you can find in your fridge.

With this 1-1.5 hour Baking with Brynne class you will:

  • Shape, roll, top, and bake two pizzas.

  • Mix two pizza doughs to take home.

  • Take home the pizzas already made.

  • Class size limit is 6.
